Erico Technologies LLC is a fast-growing technology company based in New York, NY. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote company, we offer the unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the world, while still being a part of a dynamic and collaborative team. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, including but not limited to finance, sales, marketing, and human resources. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure efficient and effective processes and procedures are in place - Manage and monitor the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Lead and mentor a team of department heads, providing guidance and support to ensure their success - Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the company - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies - Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred - 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing operations and driving growth - Experience in the technology industry is highly preferred - Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and plans - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - High level of integrity and professionalism - Willingness to travel as needed If you are a results-driven and strategic leader with a passion for technology and a desire to be a part of a dynamic and growing company, we want to hear from you!
